This privacy policy describes how "JR Alerts," a personal text-message notification service operated by an individual, handles information for its SMS messaging program.
JR Alerts sends notification, alert, and reminder text messages to a small, private group of friends and family who have personally provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them. It is not a commercial or marketing service.
We collect only the mobile phone numbers that recipients voluntarily provide to the operator directly (in person, by phone, or by message). There is no online sign-up form, and we use these numbers solely to send the notification and reminder messages described above. We do not collect any other personal information through this program.
Phone numbers are used only to deliver these messages. We do not sell, rent, or share recipient phone numbers or any other information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver messages. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
